Download mix and burn CD:

1. Before placing your download order, login to your account or create an account.  
2. You need a Zip program installed on your computer.  Downloads are sent to you as .zip files, (tracks for the mix grouped into a folder) your zip program will ungroup the tracks so you can load the tracks into iTunes and burn a perfect gapless CD. In order to do this, you must have a Zip program installed on your computer.  I use www.winzip.com, but there are many free alternatives (www.securezip.com is a good one).
3. Place your order on our website.   Pay with credit card.   As soon as your order completes, your invoice will pop up on the screen with a [Download] link to your mix.  Clicking on this will take you to the link to your download.   (A link to your download will also be emailed to you.) Please download your mixes quickly your download link will expire in 24 hours.  
4. Download your mix, choosing the ‘Save to Desktop’ option, not ‘Open’. 
5. Once the download is saved to your desktop, Unzip the downloaded zip file.  A popup box will appear with an mp3 file for each track.
6. Open iTunes. Highlight all tracks and drag into iTunes. 
7. On the iTunes toolbar, select file> new playlist from selected .  The ‘Burn Disc’ button will appear on the lower right corner of your iTunes window.
8. Before burning disc, configure iTunes as follows.  On the iTunes toolbar, select edit> preferences> Advanced>Burning>Set ‘Preferred Speed’ to 4x, set ‘Disc Format’ to Audio CD, set ‘Gap Between Songs’ to none, check ‘Use Sound Check’ and ‘Include CD Text’ boxes.
9. Insert blank CD into drive.
10. Click ‘Burn CD’ on the main iTunes screen.

FAQ:  Zip Tracked downloads how to play properly on iPod

iPods cannot play tracked mixes (which have no gaps) correctly (its an error in the iPod technology which of course they don't want to talk about)

The fix is: 

1. Drag the tracks into iTunes create playlist

2.burn CD with the burn gap set to zero

3. Import the CD with Advanced command  join Tracks (you will then have 1 60 minute file)

4. Drag to iPod and it will play seamlessly (but you will not have tracks)

What to do if you did not retrieve your mix before it expired:

Links automatically expire after 24 hours.  If you were not able to retrieve your download before it has expired, email John at john@32mixes.com, and he can reactivate your link.  You can then log on to your account and retrieve your download.

FAQ: Burning CDs without gaps you must use iTunes (or a burner program that will not put pauses in)

You cannot use Windows Media Player that player automatically

Puts a 2 second pause at the end of each track and it cannot be turned off

To burn a CD with no gaps

Drag all tracks into window

Edit  > Preferences  >  Advanced  > Burning  >  Audio CD gap between songs NONE

Make sure that you track list is in the correct order (not reversed)
